About Me

I am a computer programmer currently studying computer science at Middle Tennessee State University. I specialize in Linux systems and KDE. and in fact I am the Linux systems administrator for the computer science department at MTSU. My main desktop system is running a Debian based Linux with Apache. In fact this web site is running off that system.

I am engaged to a beautiful girl named Amanda. I am a recent convert to the vegetarian world starting about August of 2007. Other than playing around with my computers I like to play jazz and blues on my piano. I am always interested in a good conversation. Every now and then you will find me wanting to cut loose, get hammered, and have a good time but that's usually when I'm getting over a stressful period of my life. I love to bounce ideas off of people and them do the same to me. I moved to Tennessee from Houston,TX to be with Amanda and to go to school. I'm still somewhat of a Texan at heart.
